This is the Preliminary Report Screen where you enter the
initial data on the inspection you are about to perform.
After you have checked off all the boxes and filled in the
information, you print the report out and take that with you
to the Home Inspection.
Shown below are multiple pages from the
Preliminary Report.
In most cases, you just check off or circle the options as
you go through the inspection.
I leave the client a copy of this handwritten report before
I leave the inspection site.
